The Consultant Package extracts various charts and tables from various other "I Opt" reports. These are formatted as images that can be easily moved to a presentation program of choice (e.g., PowerPoint).
The package also includes a "Snowflake" template and profiles for each individual team/department/group member. The member profiles are setup for transfer to transparencies and are scaled to match the "Snowflake." Group members can overlay their individual transparency with others to discover their likely points of synergy and tension.
The package also contains colored individual profiles with centroids. These can be used as "tent" place markers or can be mounted on foamboard for use as "take homes."
The Consultants Package is designed to support an internal or external consultant in presenting the results of an "I Opt" analysis to a group. It contains formatted graphics that have been extracted from the various other "I Opt" reports.
The package also contains graphics that have been designed to be used in a group setting. It also contains some activities that might be used in participatory exercises. It is intended to be used as a support document and not as a primary analytical tool for group assessment.
The Consultant Package is designed to be used by consultants and professionals who already have a knowledge of "I Opt" and Organizational Engineering technology. It contains instructions on applying the graphics but nothing on what the graphics mean or how they are derived from the "I Opt" Survey.
The Consultant Package presumes that the group has a leader and contains a Leader Pull graphic. This quantifies the degree and direction of "pull" the leader is likely to exert on the team/department/group. This graphic can be disregarded if the assessment is being done without a leader identified.
The report also contains a Centroid Profile. This charts the individual points of central tendency (centroid) for each member superimposed on the team/department/group profile. The individual points maybe offset slightly for clarity. This is typically not an issue. However, if many people have centroids that lie close together it can distort. This will not affect the interpretation. It can, however, lend something of an artificial character to the graphic.
If total accuracy is desired, the consultant or professional can order a Chickenpox graphic from Professional Communications Inc. (the owner of "I Opt" technology). This is a manually prepared graphic which will show the centroids overlaid with names attached to each. The positioning of the names with the centroids allows clarity to be maintained while overlapping centroids by appropriate amounts.
People with an internet account can access the report directly from their Internet. Turnaround time is currently under 5 minutes.
Individual instance users can obtain the report from Professional Communications Inc. (the owner of "I Opt" technology) in any manner preferred by the client (e.g., email, fax, surface mail, private courier, telephone, etc.). Turnaround time is usually less than 24 hours. Contact us for more information.
The Consultant Package is available online to clients who have an internet access subscription.

Transparency Based Activity
"I Opt" is unique in that it uses exact mesurement. This means that small differences really do count. It also means that these differences (as well as large ones) can be seen by overlaying profiles of different people. The report provides graphics and instructions for this type of activity.
